-Arrive with clean body, clothes, mat, towel, and rug (if you use a rug). |

-Bring a small towel to class. |

-Please leave or make room for others in the practice room as required. |

-Please set the front edge of your mat in alignment with existing rows. |

-Please put any props away when you’re finished. Neatly fold and stack blankets. |

-Do not change the order of the asana and vinyasa given to you in Mysore class. |

-If you must shorten your practice for any reason always be sure to include the full finishing sequence you have been taught. |

-It is recommended that women rest from practice during the heaviest days of their menstrual cycles. |

-Before and after class please keep your talking to a minimum in the practice rooms and during class only address the teacher. Please converse quietly in the change rooms and other areas of the shala. |
