CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
MYSORE - See Mysore Program. All levels.
BEGINNER- The basics of Ashtanga yoga are introduced and practiced. Breath awareness is stressed while learning the standing poses and the first few seated postures of the Primary Series. A short finishing sequence is taught.
1/2 PRIMARY- All postures from the first half of the Primary Series are introduced and practiced. Continuing beginners and intermediate.
PRIMARY SERIES - The full Primary Series. Though this class is a part of the Mysore Program it is also available as a drop in class. Any experienced yoga practitioner who would like to experience the full Primary Series is welcome to attend. Regular drop in fees apply for those not in the Mysore Program. Please note that the class is not suitable for those with no experience. Intermediate and advanced.
